These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and:

In these Terms, "we", "us", "our" and "Snowlint Agency" mean the entity above.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By browsing this website or submitting a job application through it (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and, if you apply for a role, our Applicant Privacy Notice, both incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What this site is — and isn't

Snowlint Agency's website publishes information about open roles and lets candidates submit an application for review. Nothing on this site, and no application you submit, constitutes an offer of employment, a contractor agreement, or a guarantee of an interview or selection. Job listings are informational; role details may change. Any actual offer of employment or engagement is made separately, in writing, outside of this website, following our internal review process.

3. Applying for a role

  • Accurate information. You agree that the information you submit in your application — including your contact details and answers to screening questions — is accurate and not misleading, and that you'll keep us informed if key details change while your application is active.
  • Third-party information. If your CV or answers include another person's information (for example a reference contact), you confirm you're entitled to share it with us for recruitment purposes.
  • Lawful, safe content. You agree not to upload a CV or submit content that contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • How your application is handled. What we collect and why, who reviews it, how long we keep it, and your rights over it are described in the Applicant Privacy Notice.

4. Account sign-in

The sign-in area supports user accounts through a passwordless email magic link or Google sign-in. Recruitment review tools are restricted to accounts assigned the recruiter role. Applying for a role does not require an account, and applications are not currently linked to applicant accounts. Your use of the sign-in area is also governed by these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit anyone to:

  • scrape, systematically extract, or use automated means to collect job listings or other content from the Service, except as we expressly permit (e.g. standard search-engine crawling);
  • attempt to circumvent or interfere with Cloudflare Turnstile, staff authentication, rate-limiting, or any other security control;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or attempt to access any part of it you're not authorised to access (including the staff review area);
  • submit spam, duplicate, or automated applications, or impersonate another person when applying;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes any third party's rights; or
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.

6. Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own all intellectual-property rights in the Service, including the website, job listings content, layouts, branding, the "Snowlint Agency" name, and all underlying software. These Terms grant you no rights in them except to browse the site and submit an application in the ordinary way. You retain ownership of the content you submit in your application (e.g. your CV), subject to our right to use it to assess your application as described in the Applicant Privacy Notice.

7. Availability and changes to the Service

The website, job listings, and application form may change, be temporarily unavailable, or be withdrawn, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may add, remove, or change roles and their content at our discretion.

8. Disclaimers

Except for our express obligations in these Terms, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not responsible for third-party services we rely on or that you interact with in connection with an application (including email delivery, our hosting and storage providers, and any external interview-scheduling tool you're sent a link to).

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, reputation, goodwill, or data arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, are governed by the laws of Latvia, and the courts of Latvia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protections you're entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.

12. Miscellaneous

  • Privacy. Our processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and, for applicants, the Applicant Privacy Notice, both of which form part of your agreement with us.
  • Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the linked policies form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any prior understanding on that subject.
