The role
As a Creator Chat Manager, you hold daily written conversations with the communities of assigned creators on their behalf. Your goal is to build authentic relationships, gain and retain loyal customers, and promote sales of exclusive content through professional conversation.
You follow account-specific guidance, adapt your writing style to each creator’s personality, and respond individually to every conversation. Clear processes, structured onboarding, regular feedback, and ongoing support from your team lead help you work independently and successfully.
This role involves written communication for creator accounts that may include adult content. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. No camera appearance, calls, or personal content creation are required.
Work model
- Remote role, open to German-speaking applicants worldwide
- Freelance contract
- Minimum two shifts per week
- Shifts typically last five to six hours
- Morning, evening, and night shifts may be available based on account coverage
- Your own laptop and stable internet connection are required
- Structured onboarding and ongoing team-lead support
What we look for
- Excellent written German at C1 level or above
- English is an advantage
- Reliability, discretion, and clear written communication
- Relevant experience in written support, account operations, sales, moderation, or similar work is preferred but not required
Compensation
Performance-oriented, commission-based compensation.
